ooohhh everytime I hear Bob Marley's name I think about this song my friend recorded for me a l-o-n-g time ago called "Two hits and the joint turned brown". Very funny song. Don't know where she ever found it. The whole tape she did has some really great stuff on it! Wish I could play it for y'all.

Goodmorning everybody. Anyone care for some Apple-Cinnamon oatmeal? Sounds good to me.

All that fried chicken talk has made me think about making some today. I double-dip mine for an extra thick crust. And do you like honey-mustard dipping sauce? I have a great recipe for some. Yum! Mashed potatoes (with cheese), corn on the cob, and, let's see. . .could we add any more startches to that meal! ;)

The chicken was yum. I like to dip mine in Mai Ploy suace. It's a sweet spicy Tai sauce.

So, what's the plan today. Anyone coming in? Should I cook? Or should I run back to the Gym and watch somemore B-ball?:p
