howdy folks... back to work today, bleh... I was totally confused when my alarm went off this morning, couldn't remember why I'd set it! :p

did pretty well on selling the ornaments and wreaths - made over a $100 in just an hour this morning, plus I have orders for more wreaths now... cool!

hey, chicken fajitas sounds great to me! My office is full of ornaments right now, and the smell of these cinammon stick ones is making me huuuuuuungry!!

I want to do that. I was going to make wreaths. But ggot a little sidetracked. I better focus though or I'll be making them for Valentine's Day.

SE? Will you help make The Fajita's? I don't really know what all you do to make them? Taco Bell, is my idea of Mexican food:o

Well I've never made my own fajitas either - usually get'em from restaurant downstairs - yummy!

let's use some cheese, red peppers, grilled chicken to start.............................anything else?

well New Mexico style, there is no cheese in fajitas. You grill your meat, peppers (green and red), onions and chile in teriayaki sauce, nice and goopy and toasted, put 'em on a tortilla with guacamole and sour cream, and wrap the whole thing up and chow down! YUUUUUUMMMMMMYYYY!!! my mouth is watering just thinking about it.... mmmmmmmm

no She, didn't spend any time making ornaments, actually, this is all stuff left over from a cancelled show last year... so it's kinda free money for this year... got some orders now though, so I guess I'll actually have to do a little work! :p

Well luckily, ladies, there's some chicken breasts marinating in lime juice mixed with some tequila, garlic and cilantro. Maybe Red knew we'd be wanting fajitas???

I've got the seasoned pulled pork ready for the tamales and am sitting here filling the corn husks just like I saw them do on TV yesterday. I'll steam about 100 of 'em while somebody grills the chicken, peppers (including some jalapenos, please) and sweet onion for the fajitas.

For fajitas (at my house), you have to cut your steak very thin (or cheat and buy it already sliced for fajitas) and season it with fajita seasoning. Sprinkle it on gernerously!

Then, grill. . .grill some onions and peppers while you're at it. Throw them all together with some pico de gallo, cheese, guacamole, tomatoes. . .whatever else you want on it. YUM! Wrap it all up with that warm flour tortilla and you're set! Don't forget the sour cream too.

She--if Taco Bell is your idea of Mexican food, you need to come stay here for a bit. You'd have a party in your mouth! ha ha ha ha
