I'm glad you like the quesadillas, Hot Mama. It's one of my specialties. (For real--you come to my house, that's one thing I can make with my eyes closed). Personally, I like 'em pretty simple: browned, ground meat, seasoned, sauted onions, and cheese. Maybe some green chilis thrown in there. Grill 'em up in a skillet in some olive oil over medium-low heat, two or three minutes on each side and BAM! You're done. I top mine with picante sauce, sour cream and some jalepenos. How about you?Comment
