  • Revisit Custer's Last Stand

Anybody interesting in time traveling? How about a game of toy soldiers and toys Indians?

    http://www.ronwall.com/custer.asp

These miniatures depict soldiers of the 7th Cavalry and the Sioux warriors of the Sioux Indian War era. These figures represent that fateful day of "Custer's Last Stand".

Wouldn't buy that stuff, all I need to know is Custer got his a$$ handed to him. That's all I need to remember.

Of course I know about tsunamis since I work in Torrance, CA which is in a tsunami hazard zone unless you are talking about Tsunami which I don't know anything about.

I live in Oceanside too, but I've seen the effects of tsunamis first hand in Sumatra, Indonesia. I was there days after it happened and saw the aftermath for weeks. I'm still having nightmares because of it.

Wow, that must of been scary. I can't imagine, the worst we have here is hurricanes. You just batton down everything and leave and hope a tree don't fall on your house.

As morbid as I am, I won't say that I wish that I was there but in my mind, I do. Death has always fascinated me especially when it is on a grand cataclysmic scale. I don't know if I should apologize or just shut up.

                  But back to the topic:
Too bad they don't offer dead mutilated toy soldiers all hacked up with Custer being the only whole corpse.

I've never been to the east coast except for Miami, Florida in 1972 otherwise I'm stuck in California or stuck in Crow Creek, South Dakota in August. I can tell you though that Southern California has some good desert casino powwows.
