Dude, you're crazy. Not much dude. Getting ready to have a couple of specials next weekend at my family's annual powwow. Both of my children who dance are now teens so will be having specials in their jr. categories. My son is a grass dancer and my daughter is a fancy shawl. My wife made both their outfits and they are real cool. She is a Haida NDN and made their outfits with appliques on them with her own coastal designs. They look real cool. If I ever learn about putting pictures on the computer, I will post them. Just the material for my daughter's regalia cost about $500.00. I am so looking forward to next week. Oh and anybody else who reads this, we are having a few specials. Men's all around ($500-300-200); Men's Traditional (not sure the prize money and bustle I think); Women's 3 generation team Traditional ($1,000.00 winner take all). I think there is another special but not too sure what it is though. Its a smaller powwow, about 5 drums, maybe 100 dancers. We feed the people breakfast each morning. Its competition for the teens and below. We like to focus on the youth but this year we are having a few adult specials. Later dude.
