One thing to watch is the steps as your hurrying to the agency or wherever you work or play...I was going down the steps and the eyes were playing tricks on me, scarry. I hate the thought of my eyes changing and making my life change even more! I thought "hot flashes" were bad enough!

BTW, if my lenses weren't feather weight they would be as thick as the bottom of a glass coca cola bottle.

Maybe I should reconsider when I look at the long term cost factor. Do you have any idea if the surgery keeps your eyes okay for good or if the deteration starts again after the surgery?
My dad and mammaw both had cataracts, so I know it's probably coming.

I found an 800 # and asked them to send me info on the surgery, which they did and it's in Bellingham, WA. So I just read the info. It says that you'll have red, irritated eyes for a couple weeks, and to go for check ups a few times, which will probably cost you too!

    Eye myths.. ooo myyyyyyyyy

here are a few myths about the eyes..

Your vision will not get worse from reading to much

sitting to close to the tv wont ruin your eyes

not all eyedrop are goot for ya

leaving contacts in for long periods will hurt your eyes

cataracts are not something you can see on top of the eye

that red bump on your eyelid? does need to be removed ..it wont go away.

    eyes get tired.. rest them..

those black strings in your vision are called floaters..they do mean something..

    Hope this helps...:)
