LOL. How bout , how native is your white world?

A child at play with nothing better to do than knock Natives down as their parents and the parents before them an so on and so on. Hence' NeverEnding Story" l`ve Dealt with it all my life and still people are doing the same old story, Why don`t you go back where you came from ? My children never understood the racist when we moved back to Canada. Now they ignore the non Natives totally.

Actuallly I am not saying anything of the kind. Try living where my children are and you will really notice the difference, about racism. I will never go away. It was like that when I was a child, xxxxxxx number of years ago. Student and teachers, some of the kids just can`t handle it, not if you are picked on year after year in a small community. Where else can they go when their home is right there. Just a no win situation.

Actually, I knew exactly what you were talking about, just wanted you to expound a little bit. It's not only where you live, it's everywhere. And, it not only affects children, it also affects adults. There are many of us who can tell stories of racism as children AND adults. I don't think it's an isolated incident. On a lighter note, I hope the 'xxxxxxx number of years ago' isn't in roman numerals .

Just might be, the roman numerals. LOL. I have not seen it here In Ontario, and it also has been xxxxof years. I had to shorten it.I use to walk with my head down and I am the one that said excuse me instead of them. Pretty patheitc, eh? My head is head up proud as I am very proud to a First Nation person. One time, a native friend of mine's son said "I wish I was white". Not in anger or anything but for whatever reason, in preference of being something other than native. I told him being white isn't all it's cracked up to be.

When I was younger{XXXXXXXXXXXXX} I had blonde hair and fair skin, and my sister use to bleach herself till she was raw and I asked why...........I want to be white like you............I explained to her that doing what you are doing is not going to help. God/Creator made you this way because you are a very special little girl. Least ways I put a smile on her face. I`ve practically been a mother since I was six, xxxxxxxxxxxxx that many years. I knkow I am not the only one who had to take care of thrie siblings. I t also sad that the wrong kids are taken away from their parents/parent. Hello, Hwii........
