Are we ready for a woman?????

Okay so at the King Funeral yesterday, when Bill Clinton got up to speak he had Hillary with him. He made a comment about past and present Presidents being there. After the comment, someone yelled "And FUTURE President!!", referring to Hillary. Do you really think she could get it? I mean, the Republicans are upset for some reason. I honestly think most women would vote for her regardless of political affiliation based on the idea of having a women in office alone.

Whether it be woman or man doesn't matter to me just as long as our troops come home and all the jobs that were out- sourced out of our country ( which by the way was supposed to be for the betterment of our economy ) are brought back.

That the American Indians get back what was stolen from us a long long long long long time ago. Probably never happen in my lifetime and I guess it's just wishful thinking on my part.


I don't really think our troops are going to be coming home anytime soon. I don't really think the out-sourced jobs are going to be brought back. I don't really think that our people will ever get back what was stolen along long long long long long time ago.

I caught that on CNN yesterday; it was obvious Billary was seeking publicity for this. I'm supporter of them, though I choose to remain an independent voter. I didn't think it was appropriate for her to get up there however, and thought it was hillarious(no pun intended) seeing the current president skirming behind her in his chair, while they were speaking, it was in bad taste. I believe this country is ready for a woman president, it just depends on who it is, and what they stand for.

i dont think people are ready and i dont thik their gonna be ready for a long time...the republicans are done for awhile after all the shenanigans bush has been pulling...i live on the pine ridge rez in south dakota and last year was the first woman tribal president ceclia fire thunder. talk about impeachments and accusations and other people trying to get her out of office. i met the woman one time and she was a nice and smart person and i thought she could handle her own. i just know that alot of oglalas didnt like it. i say it doesnt matter, im for the best qualified person for the job. its not like shes putting on a head dress or something. shes trying to be a chief. but brings me to another point...what is a chief anymore? it seems like anybody can be a chief, i saw white people who are chiefs (leonard crow dogs sundance) and crow dog himself making chiefs who ever contributed the most money. chiefs dont hold the characteristics of a chief anymore, hell, they dont even feed the people when they do become a chief. its a clique...sad to say...just my thought. have fun poeple...
