The cartoons were funny. I still have a problem with all this. As this country was growing, we needed people to come. Now this country is grown, now we need to take care of our own. Then when that is done, if the need is there for more, welcome them. I know there is plenty of open space across this country, but that doesn't mean we have a need to fill it up with houses. Living in Virginia, I have seen good farm land plowed over and made into housing. Once all the farm land is gone, you can't get it back. Our land can only support so many people. It's like all things, the greedy want to make a buck because they will be gone when everything is filled up. Our grandchildren's children will have to figure out how to fix it if we don't use our brains now and not abuse our land and resources.

i liked the cartooon, made me laugh. I found it ironic that the buffalo made the most objection and in the end paid the biggest price. I think many people are confusing this issue. I don't have a problem with immigration. I have a problem with ILLEGAL immigration.
