I dont quill but ive made beaded med wheels, maybe one of the other members of our crew have, im thinking Flute has or ws it Spotted? cant remember.

ive been asked by a few people for medicine wheels, and i know i want to make dan one... and send it with his dream catcher... i want to start making them to sell too.

but i have not a clue where to start... cuz ive never made one. if i had one to look at i would be able to make one. but i dont even have that... lol

since you dont have one to look at, go online like to a decal site that sells native stuff that will be a good inexpencive way to study them on your own , I printed one off a decal site and beaded rite on top of it all my lines were nice and it turned out great, buut as far as quill work you need a good teacher for that , someone who can teach you the rite way to do it .

Mornin' All , That rain turned to snow not long after we got home...we didn't have any problems getting home , but boy the next morning KC was a mess ! Glad we came on home instead of staying over !

lol... yea. i heard quill work can be really difficult... but in our family we normally teach our selves... you should see the work my dad has done!

he was walking around with a dance staff that he had made off the top his head with bear fur and mink an deer hide with good bead work that was given to him and an antler on each end... and someone offered him 1000 dollars for it on the spot... he didnt. he has a hard time parting with his work. not to mention it had some special feathers on it...

keep in mind we are in ohio... not too many ppl are into native stuffz... lol

i hope everyone feels better soon, seems like everyone getting sick here too. at work everyonegetting the flu or whatever is going around.

LOL... i just remembered.... ive been eating chicken ramen noodle soup every day at work cuz im poor... and a co worker has been passign me halls citrus defense drops... lol maybe that is why im not as sick as everyone else?

both door greeters called off the other day an all the sales clerks had to take turns on the doors! lol.. on v day! ha haha

last yr we ate some bad meat and one of my bros lives n my basement and I was tending my hubby and kids with cans , wet wash cloth's cleaning mess's and "not to be too gross" I began hearin my brother so off I ran down there tend'd him I made that trip for about a hour! got him to bed , got kids to bed hubby to bed then I began to do major disinfecting then I was barfing lol, and they were so sick nobody to take care of me oh well rite diddnt need anybody come in wasnt a pretty site lol

DAM... i can hold mine til i get to the potty or trash can... lol

that is baaaad! youneed trash cans in ever room dont ya? poor plumes.

I usually drink green tea - but, yes we got lots of chicken soup and bottles of Gatorade - probably drank enough for a football team in the last couple of days...
