it's slow pitch, and that's alright.

But my girls have been on fast pitch teams since they could throw a ball. This summer we took a break from the games. I used to be an assistant coach in little league games, did the whole fundraising thing, even had them on some #1 and #2 teams. The only thing I did though was follow league rules and let them go to different teams every year instead of the same team. Even though you had people that would recruit for teams. I just hope they keep up with it next year.

hey i finally did it....LOL okay don't laugh, but I finally figured out how to put a pic up on my profile. Anyway that's me, hi (waves to the room), please ignore the beer can...and my Lakota friend from SD. As you can tell he's a little greasy from boozin all day. LOL He came down for Red Earth this year and I acted the gracious hostess and took him out and about to the big town of OKC. This is actually at a house party on Sunday nite. Don't ask me what time it was, all I know was I was TIRED....LOL

Softball was my Sister and I's life until we were in college. Every summer, every weekend. I loved it and wouldn't have done any different. We played slowpitch until we were 12 and then switched over. I think it's good to play both but younger girls don't play as much slowpitch as they used to. We had my daughter in t-ball last year but she was only 4 and wasn't too excited so we are going to wait a few years before trying again. I don't want to make her do it because I loved it so much. LOL ewwww we were just talking about all the fundraising my parents used to do earlier this afternoon. I'm not looking forward to that but you know that's the life.....

In a lot of ways going to powwows reminds me of being at the ball fields.

Oh yeah, that's my youngest son, his name is Hubert Youngbird, but we call him Bird or as my other nephew has given him a new name, "baby quack quack". I think he's only 2 months old in that pic. Enjoy....LOL

ahh chevy the baby is sooo sweet! you did good girl reminds me of my pookies at that age, im a sucker for the cheeks, im hoping I somewhat out grow that cause I dont want to be the auntie who everybody hides their cheeks from! lol
