dang do i ever know hay if you know of any rez looking for music teachers to hire within the next 2 or 3 years lemme know.. bad thing is that the urban schools many of the students you wind up with are just plain horrible and just dont care especially in big cities like this one im in...you come out thinking your goin to make a difference and sometimes its not quite as what you expected and then sometimes it is..

hey.... not sure what I'm doing after grad. I got a year to a year and a half. I thought about getting another degree... it depends on how burnt out I am. I'm probably staying here unless I get offered a job getting paid absurd amounts of money somewhere else.

with me i have no choice most school boards require that us teachers go get our masters within 10 years after grady ...and remember those test we had to take in high school those proficiency tests well we gotta take them again to test into professional level during our 2nd year of college..and then 2 more praxis tests and then our graduate entrance exam...so ill be going to schooll all my life.. talk about burnt out... the in-state tuition here is about 10,000 a year...

I have 3 years of schooling left.....then going to be a teacher on the rez......for about 3 yrs.....then back to school.....for a masters in Edu. Leadership.....finish......then back to school for Edu.D....in Education Leaderhip.....finally come back home to be a School Administrator......all this is going to be in a 10 year period.....man i have a long ways to go!!.....thats my plan.....all for the love of education....

okay so what is everyone elses plans after grady?major?
i have 2 years left and then 1 semester of student teaching
music...and then im getting the heck outta ohio unless i have a reason to stay...i'll be lookin around for which rez in hiring for teachers..specifically music teachers...ohio tps is horrible here too many b.s.
