Are you serious?! We stood in line at Sears last year at the azz crack of dawn... all for a ten dollar gift card. I would have mugged somebody for a cup o' joe for real. (I'm sooooo not a morning person) I ended up hitting Wallyworld, Circuit City, and Target. I got a really nice crock pot and slow roaster reaaaaaaaaaally cheap (like 20 bucks together.)

I don't know if I wanna do it this year but I'm definitely going to pass that info to my sister.

After working retail all through high school and some in college....I refuse to shop the day after Thanksgiving. I hated people on those days. Everyone had attitude, would fight over stuff, yell at you if you ran out of merchandise....ya know b/c obviously the FLOOR WORKERS were in control of what stock came in.......

BLEH! *L* I feel for retail workers during the holidays, but I always think about them the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve the most. MAY THE FORCE BE WITH THEM ALL!!!!!

I'm doing my stretches and dirty looks right now. Actually I go for the comedy and the good deals not the violence. My Husband and I are mapping our route this afternoon. I love it......

A lot of the ads all already up on blackfridayads.com (or something like that.)

Me and 50 plan to go shopping. We are spending the whole day on Thanksgiving making sure we attend my family and his family's dinners. We decided to shop this year only for ourselves and our parents, since last year we were tired and spent a lot on everyone, this year we are taking it easy and looking out for one another.

Hey Annie, sorry been a hermit, thanks for the email and hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving. That goes for everyone else too!

Ya'll are so brave to go out in those crowds! I shop all year so that I don't have to face the Christmas rush. I found this nice little store a couple of small towns up the road that carry those Willow Angel figurines and ornaments and got a different one for each of my ceramic students to fit their personalities.

Naaahhhh I'd rather do something easy like play in the NFL w/o pads, or join the WWF, or re-join the military and go back to war than face those vicious Christmas shoppers!

I left my house at 3:30 am when I got to Best buy there was already some 5000 people on line took one look kept driving. Went to comp USA line was still only in fron the of the store so we waited, went in with intent on buying a computer then found out that you have to buy and activate a moto razor first a phone my sister already has that broke within day 2 of her geting it so instead we got a digital camera and lots of pretty accessiories to go with it. So I guess it wasnt too much of a waste.

I've always tried to save stuff for a rainy day...bordering on being a pack rat! After seeing the "Hoarders" show on TV, I'm trying to cut back.

But now that Doomsday Preppers is on TV, I'm seeing validation for storing food. I try to keep my cupboard full, growing...

Today is my first day of INDUCTION which is the introductory phase of the Atkins diet. I follow Protein Power more than Atkins, but it's all basically just eating low carb (20 carbs or less per day), drinking lots of water, exercising, and taking my vitamins. I never really did induction to begin...
