My mom used to give me a hard time b/c I would be the last one at the pow wow when I was younger! *L* I was always talking to friends, potential snag or making plans for later. ROFL. But after dancing all night and you FINALLY get to change and it feels cool compared to the broadcloth you had on, you just enjoy the cool night air and talking to your friends about who showed up, who shouldn't place (aye...) and who was checking out who...and did ya see so and so really dancing somehow?? *L* Mussy.

The drives home are always fun too, you're tired but wired and have lots to talk about!

Ah, powwow gossip, it's funny cuz everyone is frenz, but everyone's all competitive, too!

Be honest CP, are powwow girls more competitive than powwow guys?

Probably more so b/c whereas good guy dancers might be voted more on talent....those women judges are usually giving paybacks or voting for friends. I used to contest all the time and still remember the first time I won first place. It was sooooo great. But then as I got older I started to prefer singing. I love dancing, but get a good head singer and it's rockin. Plus you know ERRTHING that is going on if you're out at the main drum. *L*

I'm back, okay, well, have a good ol' Thursday...it's garbage day tomorrow...btw, aye!

The hot weather has my garbage can smellin' like a gunny sack full of skunk tails. They need to stop by my house first and pick that chyt UP! Aye!

Ruggit. I love chicken but dang chicken bones STANK if you have them in your trash for a couple of days. So when I make Fried chicken or chicken and noodles and I have the bones leftover....I make sure I cook them the night before the trash comes to our house. *L* That way they're outta there by the next morning.
