omg it is the cutes when the kiddies say it. my neice the taller one in the pic used to say it over and over when she was real little like

it was the funniest cutest thing ever.

now that one may be tricky when it is used liket that meaning refering to a person. when you say that chit is stoopid, that means it is good or cool.
