yeah..but Congress just changed hands in 2007, so they're still trying to recover from 6 years of madness. *L* But who really ever looks at Congress?? No one. B/C it's the Pres. that is in charge. If he works well with both sides, it helps. No Child Left Behind....more like "let's see who can keep up". Bush was all supportive of the Act that was introduced by Kennedy. He was all for it, and then when it was implemented...he pulled the funding on it. WTF?? That's why it's not working. And it's not the Dems in Congress or the Repubs in Congress hurt by that. It's the KIDS who suffer b/c of it; and that's sad.
