  • Did you vote yet?

As you may know, you can go in and vote early to avoid the rush on election day. My question is, did you vote yet? If not, are you voting tomorrow? I'm still debating. I have to go into El Reno, OK and vote today before 6pm. I just don't want to stand in line with my son....LOL Or I can go tomorrow to Maple, OK before 7pm.

I work right up the street from the Oklahoma county election board and let me tell you Lincoln Street was packed this morning!! It was actually packed last friday too...Only thing is I think everyone had the same idea to go out and vote early to avoid the crowds! So either way I think there will be a wait...This is a very important election for all!

I'm thinking I'm just going to go tomorrow...I'm checking out a sample ballot right now so I will know what i'm doing and how to answer tomorrow to help hurry the process...but I'm still undecided? Hmmm

Luckily our ballots can be cast at the Tribal Administration building on the rez, so we don't have far to go to vote and there's no waiting lines to vote.

I haven't voted yet but I will tomorrow. The hubby has already voted, so he doesn't have to worry about it.

          Go vote!!

I voted last week. Luckily for us, Oregon uses the mail in ballot system, I've been seeing the long lines on tv and wondering why more states don't use the mail in system, avoids a lot of hassle. Most of us here have already voted and the Tribe gives out t-shirts, saying you voted. It doesn't say for who, just says we voted... which is still cool.

Voted this morning - only took about 15 minutes altogether. I was gonna vote early, but heard about the long lines and decided not to. Plus I want to make sure my vote gets counted right (j/k).

If you vote today, don't forget to go to your nearby Starbucks if you have one close and get your free cup of coffee! You get a free tall regular coffee or a free holiday latte - normally would cost you $3.50...

Just got done voting...had a nice long lunch break! I stopped off at McD's and got my little sonny boy some lunch...He was so surprised when he saw me in the cafeteria! Then after we ate lunch I went to the gym at his school and voted!

Took a hour of waiting in line but I got my vote cast. Our polling place is the local fire station and there were people lined up around the building at 6:30 this morning and the polls don't open unit 7am - 7pm. There were still cars lined up on both sides of the road for over a mile and people were parking at the fire station and the community center next door.
