  • Hot new music tip!

As a former garage band all star, who sang out of key and broke guitar and bass strings on blues, rock, and country, In several watering spots and amongst the tone deaf, I have heard a LOT of different music for many years.
Today, I got a new CD 'Dawn Of A New Day' by Crystal Shawanda, who is a native of Manitoulin Island, singing I believe out of Nashville. This gal has that undefinable 'it' in her voice that you can't teach or learn. The album has uptempo sort of rock tinged country, along with some slower ballad types, and even an up tempo blues based cover of 'Your Cheatin' Heart' by Hank Williams!
This girl is very pretty, but I'd walk ten miles to hear her even if she looked like Rosie O'Donnell after a severe hangover. This is as good a new performer as I've heard in MANY years, and I strongly recommend her music. Wooohoooo great stuff!

I saw her in a television interview a few months back. Sounded good and she's pretty!

Need company for your 10-mile hike? ";lol:

Why must I feel like that..why must I chase the cat?

      Hey!

I'm half Lakota/Dakota native american, currently living in France. I'm 18 years old, and at a point in my life where I really feel the need to explore my ancestry and learn more about my culture.

I don't know if this is the appropriate forum or way to ask,...
