My brother is planning a scaled down party, just us siblings, spouses and kids so it won't be to noisy for the babies to sleep. We are spending the whole day there and he has been building an ice chute, (about 140 feet long), so we will sled in the afternoon before supper and the game. Can't decide which will be more fun...not looking forward to walking back up the hill though.

My son is a big Steeler's fan. He's picking up my nephew at his mother's house and bringing him over here and they are gonna watch the game here. I'm still trying to figure out what I'm gonna cook for them. But it'll be all good.

my fave football watching reciepe

cream cheese (the whole brick)
feta cheese (the small container or large, depending how much you like feta))
salsa (3/4 of a large jar) (if you used large feta, use all the salsa)

cut up the 2 cheeses into a bowl
mix the salsa in.
microwave for 3 min, stir cheese so not so chunky.
keep putting on another minute and stirring until all hot
serve with tortilla chips ( I reccomend the scoops)
