I was thinking of adding "Behind the Green Door" in honor of the passing of the great Marilyn Chambers the other day...

I actually had the list down to the same 5 for years but this year I had to re-do it.....

                      1. Taken

                      2. Gran Torino

                      3. To Kill a Mockingbird

                      4. Blow

                      5. Color Purple

                      no particular order....lol

                        1. Click (for all those men who are so "busy" they wind up missing out on the children's lives).

                        2. Dreamkeeper (Great stories and reinforcement of the value of our elders)

                        3. Star Wars (the one, the original!, LOL!)

                        4. Rudy (reminds you that dreams sometimes do come true with lots of hard work and guts).

                        5. A Few Good Men (Probably the first movie to really put me at the edge of my seat in suspense).

                          1. The Others - This is the most beautifully crafted movie I have ever seen and the best ghost story ever! Mrs. Mills rocks!

                          2. The Forbidden Planet - Corny Sci-Fi in the vein of the original Star Trek, but deliciously scary when the Id monster shows up. Debut of Robby the Robot.

                          3. The Emperor's New Groove - Hilariously funny!

                          4. A New Leaf - Possibly the funniest movie ever to hit the movie theatres. Somewhat naughty.

                          5. I can't decide: Either Hatari or The Quiet Man or perhaps Totoro, by Hayao Miyazaki.

It is so sad that a family can torn apart by something as simple as a wild pack of dogs.

I'm half Lakota/Dakota native american, currently living in France. I'm 18 years old, and at a point in my life where I really feel the need to explore my ancestry and learn more about my culture.
