Okay, I have tried numerous things. I have sent her to an out of town conference in Washington. She made it back. I wanted to buy her big dangly noisy bracelets so I can tell when she's coming. Any other ideas??

For really though. I can tell by the way my bosses chair squeeks if he is just swiveling to reach something on his monstrous desk or if he got out of it. I use to coach this young lady way back when she was 8. Now look at her... Of course its not any of my doings but total dedication from her parents that help her get to this level.
