Instant Messaging

I'm testing out an instant messaging program today on the site.

Take a look at the bottom of the screen. You'll see a bar across the bottom--similar to the one on Facebook. On the right side you can access a list of your friends online and then open IM's with them.

Please test it out today and let me know what you think!

I like it! Already having fun with it this morning...

One annoyance, is when your page refreshes, it too dissappears and you have to wait for the whole page to refresh before it reappears. Even mid typing.

2nd little thing is when you scroll down too far, the ads go on top of the IM, so you have to scroll back up or down to see your box.

Don't know that we can do too much for the page refresh issue.

The Ad issue, we may be able to tweak some.

I just used it. I had to have little technical help from Techno, I didn't know how to send a message, but I finally figured it out.
