Ok this is for real now I am not playing ... An I hope the ppl that were involved read this too Cuz I am comin for ya better believe that .
My grandson who is 15 was beatin , head knocked in , stitches an a black eye .. Ya wanna know why .. Cuz he is NDN...
Well instead of kicking the kids off the bus that beat him. They took him an his brother off the bus (his brother is 11)
13 kids jumped him an I aint sayin what color you were cuz you know !
So we called the school today , they said they took the little one off the bus because he pushed one of the kids that was beating the crap out of his brother .. Well duh !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There sister is still on the bus for now ..waiting to see if they kick her off too.
My daughter is going to change there school .. But this Granny wants justice ..
What would you do ...an I really need some seriouse answers here cuz I wanna beat the snot out of the kids their parents an the heads of that stupid azz KY school ..

Sue the school! Raise some hell! Write letters to the principal, the superintendant, the school board. The PTA. The local newspaper, talk to a reporter. Talk to the parents of the snotty azz kids that did that to your grandsons. Talk to other parents of kids in the same school. Get a petition going. You should speak out about this, they can't ignore you. Speak out, raise awareness. Let everybody know what happened. That gets results.

And your dear grandchildren should get in self defense classes. They should learn to defend themselves. That is just wrong. Can you pm me the name and address of the school and I'll send a letter on your grandkids' behalf.

One of the kids is the nephew of the bus driver ! I went to the school spoke to the head ppl , they said since they had 13 witnesses against 1 they had to side with the others . I told them I want a tape of the this from the bus an I want it by wed no later !
I called everyone I know . I was told its not news worthy! I will get the name of the school I am so mad I cant even think .

Oh that'll be good for your grandson's case if you can get the tape. Don't take no for an answer if they don't want to give you the tape. Maybe you can write to Indian Country Today and what's that other newpaper? That Tim what's his name used to be editor. Then maybe you should mail a copy of the videotape to the school board or superintendant and demand disciplinary action against the kids that jumped your grandson. If anything, at least the neighborhood kids will learn to leave your grandchildren alone. I'll be praying for y'all.

Shyt--I believe you Turtles and what you told us, but let's just say for a moment that your grandson did "start" this in some way. . .getting beat down that much is not a response to another kid starting some shyt. Letting 13 kids, THIRTEEN, beat on him is no response to him starting something. Naw. . .they wouldn't be getting away with telling me he started it, yet it ended like that. Like I said, I believe you and what you say, but for them to say he started it and then he got beat down in defense by 13 other kids to a point of getting stitches. . .that's negligence on the part of the school and the bus driver either way. I can't believe somebody had the nerve to tell you that.

I'd tell your daughter to get an attorney right now. . .don't let it go on too far, because she will get discouraged. And get lots of pictures of what he looks like NOW if you have not taken any yet. And like others have said--get that tape. And if they are dragging their feet on it, an attorney can it for you very quickly. Keep us updated, 'cause I'm very mad about this too. :Yell

I have a few more details . Last year these boys sisters took my grand daughters clothes while she was in gym . She reported them of course nothing ever happen to them . So the boys an there posie pushed my grand son onto another bunch of kids well they thought my grand son did it on purpose so the fight was on . In the end my grand sons are the only ones off the bus right now . Yes we went an I took pictures not waiting or trusting anyone else will do this . I am going to an attorney myself (not gonna let my daughter just take it so there wont be anymore trouble ...I am mad an not gonna take it . If I am wrong I will pay for it . But I am not going to sit by an let them get away with this I am going to there school this week an talking to the big cheese . Then I am going to the school board . AN whom ever is in charge of the bus driver .. Even if my grand son had started it he did not deserve to be beaten like this I talked to 4 other kids an their parents an they said my grand son would not even fight back .. So nowwwww you tell me what you would do!:Yell

I would take the same steps you've taken. Just stick to the facts and the incident that took place. And let your anger fuel your determination to follow through with this. I'll give you my support along the way. PM the address of the school and I'll write to them concerning the wrong done to your grandchildren. I applaud you for standing up, too many ndn's choose to be victims rather than confront those who did them wrong.

oh you can count on it this Nana is going to take care of it an I wont even have to hit them with my hands . Those are my boys an sure they dont wear halos but the 15 year old wouldnt raise his voice to you even if you yelled at him unless you go at his sister he is kinda meak an mild. Or his Nana then its on .. So I gotta have my little guys back if I dont who will!
