Hey, Buddy, calm down. You have all this all wrong. There is nobody here to hurt you, shame or be your enemy.

Everyone (I mean the World) can see your intentions. But it's the way your handling it. The only thing wrong is how your allowing yourself to put you in these predictaments. Your just trying to help your fellow natives and make some friends. That is understandable.

You are not the only one with these frustrations. We all have them. We post threads for certain purposes but only get -off topic subjects. EVeryone is a smart A$$...............Why Can't you be, too?

That is the joy of Powwow.com. Give somebody some crap on their own threads, enjoy being a smart a$$.......BUT-Be a part of us..... not a part from us ......Get what I mean?

I have gotten a ton of responses in personal messages, what most of you all said was very touching. Not only do I not harbor anything, but I'm just as guilty if not worse of a person......

The things I read certainly showed the goodness in all of you. I think Matt needs to know these.

I'm not sure what his degree of Indian blood is. But I do know this. He Loves everything Native. His Passion and Love is us. And we scalped him.

He came to me for help. But I didn't do anything. Instead I deleted his message in my public profile. ..........Matt you out there??...I'm sorry, buddy.

We all get teased on this site at one time or another and some of us have gotten our feelings hurt (myself included). I've NEVER, though, been attacked maliciously by anyone. I think if anyone was truly unkind here one of us would call them on it.

He'll be back and someone else will tease him and he'll get all mad again......then we'll fuel it and he'll get madder and start threatening us and then it goes all to crap after that.....most of the teasing was done by some of the oldest members of this site (myself included)and in that previous round some of the most respected on the site were the biggest teasers (whome)!!! Just let it go.....nobody has special treatment on here !

You gotta be thick skinned to be a skin. Never give anyone a break. This is one of our defense mechanisms. We mean no harm but when there's a chance to give someone s..... then we do it. If you don't know our ways then it's time you learned. There is a saying among relatives (at least in my tribe) that if I don't tease or give you a hard time then you need to worry, especially among pals, uncles, nieces, nephews, etc. We're not stoic like the stereotype says we are and we do it all in fun. So loosen up and join the fun. Next time it will be someone else's turn.
