OK Allah, tell me why the women have to be completely covered (according to Surah 24.31) To help the men avoid lusty thoughts and temptation????? I first will ask you, what is the sun without the rain? What is humility without pride?
As mere inhabitors on this earthly plain we must experience all the earth has to offer so we may be complete beings of light. If we hope to achive balance we must experience the negative as well as the positive. So colds and virus' are some of those teachers that are gifted to us. The teach us endurance, patience and to not rely on our own weak spirits but on something that is truly greater than us all.
