Could be.... that affects your hormones and that can cause it too.
Also, thyroid, sugar level, low iron and numerous other things. Really hard to say. You would have to do alot of reading and check out some of the symptoms."We see it as a desecration not only of a mountain but of our way of life. This is a genocidal issue to us. My experience has been when I have symptoms like this.. they try treating one thing with meds... that give side affects.. then they treat those with more meds.. and you can see how the chain reaction is.
What I would try first is to assume it would be low iron... women really lack in this anyway... and I would increase iron in my diet and take a suppliment... ferrous sulfate (iron) is the best. Like I said .. do some reading about it."We see it as a desecration not only of a mountain but of our way of life. This is a genocidal issue to us. I agree with jibbers...could be anemia. I was border-line anemic while pregnant...man that was rough. The iron helps. Also, cook your meat in a cast iron pan, it sounds crazy, but it helps. The iron in the pan will go into your food and give you more iron.
Another thing, you may be experiencing depression? I get like that sometimes...wanna sleep all the time and have no energy. Check with your doc. good luck!!yeah, yeah, yeah...
...never underestimate the power of stupid people in groups...
If quizzes are "quizical"...What are tests?

Too much sleeping or tiredness? Have you checked sugar levels for diabetes? That is something we should all do regularly, if your doctor doesn't do it, ask for it. If we catch it before we are diagnosed with diabetes, we can help combat it.
Yes, see a doctor, that is the best advice. Me too, and my sister, when we were pregnant, we slept a lot....lol

Pregnant, diabetes, low-iron.......i would say that these three things is prolly one of the things for sure.......but make an appointment with your doc.....that is the best thing......find out now while your still young, and you won't have to "live" with it later in life when it is irreversible. Good Luck.I may not be alot of things....but I am discreet

You could also try more exercise as well. Keeping physically active promotes strength and an overall body good feeling..but I would still go to the doc first and see what they say... and if they cant find nothing wrong, just become more active.
I go through the same thing every spring and fall but that's because of S. A .D seasonal affectiveness disorder... once there is too much light or too little light, my body hits a type of depression and all I want to do is sleep...most of us in this household are effected by it ...and many others in the great white north... but we take care of that with lights and christmas lights.Last edited by Blackbear; 10-15-2003, 02:04 PM.Don't worry that it's not good enough for anyone else to hear... just sing, sing a song.sigpic

Curious George wants to know, how many of you use traditional medicines versus going to the doctor and popping whatever pill they give you.
I've never taken an antibotic and refuse too. Plus, the only medicine that I take is my B.C. pill. Otherwise I rely on plants and herbs. Now, if...-
