The ones we get are blue and red and white but the areas (most of the crab) that are blue are that blue and they are striking. The backs look darker brownish blue, but that crab is likely the same kind but tank raised maybe and well-fed with high protein for color. He or she is pretty!
They taste really good too, but the meats mostly in the back.Comment
