I recently read The Black Count, the real count of Monte Cristo. Very interesting bio about Thomas-Alexander Dumas, son of a Fench aristocrat and a Saint Dominique(now Haiti) slave. He lived an intriguing life and met with a mysterious end. His on Alexander Dumas went on to write the Count of Monte Cristo and other stories inspired by his fathers life.
Our local library now offers e-books, and my iPod has their app loaded. They don't have a huge selection yet, but I love the fact that the books just disappear after two weeks. No need to return them.
Reading another book about X-events...things that will change the works as we knw it: plagues, Internet failure, famine, etc.....it is what it is...

by streamhawkEven though I'm new here with just a few posts, I've had several thousand posts on other boards over the years on the net. So I'm curious, what other type of message boards do you post at, if any, or is powwows.com the only place you post? Are there any other native boards, or something completely different...

Doesn't make a difference what I post..... you all shouldn't have been subjected to that. I since deleted it and took it to pm's but just wanna apologize to those that happened to see it...
