Well, it's official... I'll be moving to southern Arizona by spring of 2014. Or sooner if I can scrape up the money to move before then. Does anyone here live down near Rio Rico? It's close to Nogales. I think it would be great to have some friends down there before I move. My daughter is really excited. We've had enough of the little town mindset where we live up here in Montana. Too much ignorance and intolerance for me... I've always LOVED Arizona anyway. Can't wait to begin a new adventure!

I hunted around Judith Gap...I had driven up in a vehicle with California plates, so Yep, I know what you mean.
Couple of weeks ago I was driving a rental with MT plates east of Billings, things went much smoother
And...I've spent a bit of time along I-19 where you are going. You'll have most everything you need there, and at Sahuarita. Tucson is 30-40 minutes away. Once the summer heat breaks in fall, it is very nice living.sigpic

I LOVE Cave Creek, but I have a good friend who lives down in Rio Rico that has talked me into moving there. Don't know if I can afford Rio Rico. May end up in Nogales... But I can't wait to move. I'm planning on being there by December now. That's my goal at least. What area are you in now Techno?

I used to live near Why, AZ......and made trips up to Surprise, AZ...haha good names, no?
Did about 1 1/2 years out there on and around the T.O.Nation.
But I also TDY over to Tucson, last time in 2011....drove down I-19 corridor every night, through Amado to Arivaca, then down to the wilderness...nothing but the moon, and the Milky Way when I turned off my headlights.
Anyways, I made stops in all the communities along the I-19...Rio Rico is nice, not sure if you have a job lined up or not....sigpic

I have a few different weapons so I don't think that will be a problem.
There won't be any dildos in my house because I broke off that engagement.
Can I play quarters instead of cards?
Six girls together anywhere spells trouble.
My horse isn't fond of stairs or court houses.
I have a bridge where my teeth got knocked out with a hockey puck.
Pleading the 5th regarding the pants...Holly
