Mishko...nagaatch! Anishnabe ikwewak believe the baby will come during full or new moon time. This week is the full moon. It will happen soon. But I know how you feel. Those last few days are spent being uncomfie and seems forever. Put out your asemma and ask that everything go smoothly. Do up a little sage and smudge, it'll do you really good :). Hang in there and soon that little bundle of anishnabe joy will be in your arms. *excited for you* :D

How far you overdue?

With my first I remember I went to the drugstore.. huge belly out front..looked like I had a shopping cart under my shirt. Well there was a daughter and mother that just came from the hospital visiting their sister/daughter that had just given birth. They said oh look someone else is close. They then asked me.. "so when are you due?" I gave them a look and said... "NINE days ago!!" They looked at each other and then at me and said "Ohhhhhhh". Well my little angel came out at 14 days overdue by c-section. If they hadn't done that I swear I would still be pregnant.

Anyway.. my point is.. don't really worry...I tried the backroad trips over the hills and etc.. nothing rushed her. Cherish this time and make things ready. This is the last few moments that it will be just you and your little one. No one else can share it! ;)

I'm sick of being pregnant... how do I get'em out! Tried bumpy rez back roads, haunted house, gym 2 times a day..... kid just won't come out!!!!!

Give me everything you got... myths, legends, old wives tales, old men's tales,......... ANYTHING PLEASE.......
