Ayes.. told my doc I didn't want no mo kids (ie I want fixed)-hell I gots 9 brother & sisters, I'm a foster-parent, respite home, and plenty of kids who need a HOME-If I feel I need another kid I'm sure I can borrow 1 or FIVE from my mother at any given time!
But he won't let me... gotsta have at least 4 kids or be 25/older!
