I feel that they are tribes because of their culture, family and traditions. If they are recognized as part of Native American but if they are Inuits living in the north hemisphere of the North Pole. They could be living anywhere.
I had a Deaf Inuit living in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and he sometimes missed his home in the North hemisphere.
I have not paid much attention to who they are as recognized for Native American. I am not that experience knowing about Inuit from the government point of view.Gegiibishedjig (Deaf Person)
