Very interesting. My mom follows a webcam on a nest near where she lives. But they're laying and hatching much later up north.

We used to fish at a place called Rodman Dam. It's between Gainesville and Ocala. We were there one day, and this eagle came swooping down over the water and nabbed a huge bass. The fish was so big the eagle almost didn't get any lift to get off the water. He dropped it on the other side of the spillway. I guess I must have had an odd look on my face because hubby looked at me and says "no, you don't have enough time to race over there and get the fish away from the bird."

Enjoying the warm weather while it lasts. It's supposed to rain late night/early morning and then we will have another cold snap. This one is only supposed to last a couple of days.

An orca washed up on beach not far from where I grew up. That's a historic first. I don't know of anyone from down there who has ever seen an orca in the wild. They like cold water, not southern Atlantic weather. Some people I know are 3rd and 4th generation shrimpers, and they are amazed. Never heard of an orca being in those waters. Nature is truly changing.

So what's going on with everybody? On the 30th I'm having another bronchoscopy. The cyber knife therapy worked, but a couple of months ago, the follow up CT scan found another nodule in the other lung, so I get to do all that again. The procedure is a little different this time, there's some new tool they use, and I will be under full anesthesia. That part makes me a little nervous. It's still an out patient procedure. I changed Humana plans this year, and they will provide transportation for stuff like that, so that part will be easier than last time.

Spring is arriving-at least that's what the pollen counts are saying the last few days. Sometimes I wonder life without pollen would be like. No flowers or food I'm sure.

I'm working hard on a project at work and picking up the pieces after mom ended up in the hospital. Other than that, nothing special is going on here.

OLC, I hope your mom is ok. We are having another cool spell. Only 60 here today, 77 tomorrow, then another temperature drop. I've started another embroidery project. Will post pics when it's done.

I am outstanding!!!!! I had to go to Brunswick yesterday morning for a pre-procedure CT scan. I have an intense dislike of driving in Brunswick early in the morning because you have to go East-right into the sun to get anywhere. I missed 2 turns because I couldn't see. Missed another one when I was done and we ended up going for about a 30 mile ride through parts of Ga. I have never seen .LOL! Anyhow, this morning the phone rang and it was the doctor's office calling to cancel the procedure because, in their words, "the nodule has shrunk significantly"!!!! I was able to restrain myself from screaming in happiness into the phone. So I am feeling quite blessed by the Creator today.

Thanks! I am still walking on the clouds. I wonder how it happened, but I'm not looking going to look a blessing like this in the mouth. I know that horribly scrambled a saying. LOL!

I did not kill myself last year shortly before Christmas driving the car at 110 km/h (68 mph) into the guard rail on the "Autobahn".
Only minor damage along the whole left side on the car. Already repaired but know driving anywhere on any road is not like before.

Glad you didn't kill yourself driving, BA. Driving isn't like it used to be. People are just crazy these days. They have to go fast, like their destination will disappear if they don't get there soonest, and they are quick to anger, too. I don't understand it.
