What was your worst job?

Since were talking about jobs I decided to ask what was your worst job?
Mine was when I moved back in with my mom after I turned 19 and she had me go to a temp. place and get a job with her. Well me and her ended up getting this job at the Forestry Service at CSU in Co. We had to weed this big a$$ field of baby trees and stuff.She quit after like 1 day but I stayed for the week. It sucked so much! We were on our knees for 8 hours a day picking weeds outta the trees. Man my body hurt so much I seriously couldn't even move for like the next few days!

Mine was working at All-Sups in Kress, TX for my mom.. I worked the grave shift during the summer *groan*

my worst job would have to be long time ago when i was 17 i worked at taco bell...i said never again after working there 1 day only...they wanted me to stay till 3 am and technically they werent allowed to do that cuz i was a minor at that time....second horrible job was 3 years ago i worked at white tower restaurante...i hated it there cuz i had to wait on drunks all the time....i had an incident when i was waiting on this drunk couple and apparently they brought in a couple of beers nobody saw it cuz they snuck it in and they spilled it all over the floor and and the table i was pissed cuz i cleaned it up....i was cleaning up 1st shift mess and came across this table and apparently some lady or man decided to leave a messy diamper on the table and they didnt even throw it away...well i left there thank gawd-becca

my worst job was...

working for a month @ KIDS "R" US
that place sucked! maaaaaaaaan... you would figure it would be kids to rip that store apart... but it was the parents! they were sooo messy!
PLUS...i picked up the 2nd job for extra money... worst of times! as soon as i finished my first job, i'd have an hour break and go work my second job until close...
AND... i told 'em i'd work during the week and they scheduled me for weekends! when they scheduled me to work the 4th of july... that was it... i was supposed to be free anyways!

My husband's worst job was when he was living in Arkansas, he got a job a Tyson(yes, the chicken company) And he was a live hanger. He had to take the chicken's while they were still alive and hang them up on this conveyer belt type of thing with hooks. And the chickens would crap all over the place and sometimes if they were too rough with them they would end up breaking the chickens legs and stuff. He said that job was pretty nasty. He wore a hankerchief over his face because they would be covered with chicken crap at the end of the shift. He hung in there for a week though.

My crappiest job was planting trees for my tribe.

It sucked because the supervisors rode us rookies hard to make sure our scalps be 2 ft by 2ft, and were constantly measuring our scalps. Meanwhile, the vets would hardly dent the ground with their scalps and the supes didn't care. Needless to say, this slowed it down for the rookies and we made less money, since we were paid .22 a tree planted.

Another thing that sucked was that I was too honest. Other planters would get 200 trees and somewhere to bury 100 of them and tell that supes that they planted all 200. Of course no one would count up the planters lines to see how much they actually planted. My good conscious prevented me from doing the same....or stupidity.

anywho, I'd have to say my worst job was working as a Secretary at the Band Office..My gawd people are rude AS ALL HELL!:Mad I never really noticed it until I moved here to the city..then went back
I would get *****ed out by ppl calling, had to deal with ppl who had bad phone mannerisms (I would pick up the phone, say my line..and they'd be like "Who's this")

- This one guy had the audacity to call me ignorant. He said I was completely ignoring him. I politely told him to sit down and wait because the person he wanted to see was in with a client. While I was busy answering phones, he came up and started yelling at me. I told him off, and he was all "I"m coming back this afternoon, and you better not talk to me that way again" I just told him straight out "I CAN'T WAIT!"
I got permission to call the cops on him for harassment..we had a zero tolerance policy for a-holes like him:p

AND THE PAY SUCKED!:Mad

My worst job was working at a tree farm in the middle of summer for $2 an hour as a dang migrant worker.

Weird thing about it I was working along side the chicano workers and was treated alot worse than them! They were really nice to me.... told me how to tolerate the heat better. They felt bad for how I was treated but they could't say anything for fear of losing their jobs. They came as families every year. They had housing and all provided too. They were really really sweet to me and I still appreciate all their help. Two that I became close to were really sad when I left.

Worse than working in the dirt on a planting machine (where the pots go around... you grab a plant... and scoop dirt in the pot with your hand from a huge pile that is in the middle, treated with fertilizer and chemicals I might add... my arms broke out something terrible) was when the mazz zah told me I would be working out in the field. I had to take the potted plants and plant them into the ground. This is on your hands and knees in the full sun in 100 degree weather! So I asked the dumbest question I guess.... I asked where a trowel was so I could dig the hole... he said they didn't have any.. I said well what am I supposed to use to dig it with then... and he said my hand and hell no he wasn't joking! I had to dig in hard dirt with my hand so I could plant 3" pots. Sure sucked to be me!!

Oh yeah... I wasn't a kid wanting to earn movie money either... I was a married woman at the time. :(

GIRL! I used to be a telemarketer and I calle d this one dude's house and he answered the phone and he was all" WTF! You guys called me like 5 times today! WTF! I'm gonna sue your a$$!" So I hung up on him! How the hell was he gonna who to sue? That was my 2nd worst job, BUT since it so easy to get into I use it as a backup job or an emergency job iiif I need one!

aww gurl i know whatcha mean!! i used to be telemarketer for housing insurance company...and if ya didnt get 5 leads ya get fired..well i quit before they would fire me...i stayed with that for the summer...it was a pain in da rear but yay i felt really bad after work everyday cuz i was bothering ppl...but helped this one dude out he had like 3 mortgages all at 18+% and i got him to get 1 mortage for 3 houses at 9%...so in a way sometimes it wasnt that bad..but it was rigged the seniority gurl was getting a list of callers who were all interested in that deal...she would sell anywhere from 10 to 20 ppl...also ya meet some weird ppl there at work too-becca

Yup...Telemarketing SUCKED! I "attempted" to sell Credit Card insurance....lasted about a week i think. They were phone nazi's i swear, if we weren't dressed in complete business atire, they'd send us home! How man college kids do you know that have complete business wardrobes??? NOT ME!

The 2nd worse job i had was working in a Childrens Clothing Store....the job itself wasn't bad but the stank women that worked there made it hell.

Those two jobs were worse than flippin burgers...i've done that too...stayed loyal to burger king till i went to Fuddruckers. (free food & decent hours...no complaints here!)
