me and mah sis are supposed to make the christmas dinner this year, my sister said she'd make the jello lol but we thought this year we might give our mother a break...

Darn I am going to busy as a bunch of green hornets in the bush after the nest gets wacked!!

Jello eh,,,, ever try doing this, take three boxes of jello powder, mix in three cups hot water, take three cups of apple sauce stir it in and let it settle, do not add cold water. This makes a moose that tastes great.

You can also take blueberries and blackberries and put them in a blender and substitue for the cold water.


I will be making three batches, the final one is with strawberries in it as a moose as well.

Then the main courses will all have wild meat this year. Roast deer, bear, moose, caribou.
Meat pies from all the above, then pizza with ground meats topped on them.

Then my favorite, partridge pizza!!!!! With cajun spice!!!!

I think this year there will be roughly a hundred visitors that are planned, then the door stormers too!!!

well as for christmas, im gonna be home, freezing arse, coming down here to tucson to thaw out every once and a while.

I will be back on the west coast with my family.. and also be in Las Vegas.. partying it up... more like... passing out... just kidding.. I think I am going to get married.. too.. nope.. I won't do that...

spending time with my family.. most of the time.. I haven't seen them in over 8 months..

Ya I eat bear, the ones I can't touch are Rattle Snake. I was offered it to me on a platter and I actually got sick just seeing it and realizing what it was. So I understand where you are coming from. Even bear I only eat cub, and only if someone else has killed it. I have turned to full peace with the animals and refuse to kill to hunt. I do pick up roadkill and use all the parts as much as possible, yes even a fresh deer or two that get hit in plain sight and the driver that did it takes off. I have had 4 sofar this last month. Dad and I did the butchering and we shared the cuts with a buch of folks, all cut up, washed, packed and frozen. In fact we gave a good 350 pounds of it away to others that didn't get a deer hunting this year.

I got a bear cub given to me and the hide is now hanging on my shed wall getting scraped every time when I get home. It is soft and fuzzy, I will make a mandella with it and keep it until I see my Elder and probably hand it over.

I'll be at my folk's house with my aunts and uncles and their families. It's always alot of fun with my mom's and aunt's great cookin. If it doesn't rain we go caroling with the families from the block. Then I'm off to Reno with friends for 2 days. Happy holidays and seasons greetings to all you and your families..

This Christmas is the first christmas I've been married, so I'll be going to his side of the family as well, and he has lots of family gatherings. I was only used to going to my mom's side and dad's side, but now I have my husband's side to go to as well. It's alright though. More presents for me. AYE! Nah, I like quality time visiting with everyone.

Oh, i'm just staying home on the A/C rez. All my family is here.
