Do you ski?

I was just wondering how many skiers there are out there. Myself, I used to cross country ski until I hit some ice and blew out my knee about 10 years ago.

This past weekend I went downhill skiing for the first time with our school's Ski Club. I stayed in Ski School all day, but it was SO FUN!! I can't wait to go again.

i'm supposed to go skiing w/some friends next month. It'll be my first time ever.

But I have water skiied before and wakeboarded...

i want to learn how but, right now, i'm just ski on the ski machine at the gym but, i'm a pro at that! :p

Gators really help you become a expert quickly.

I love to downhill ski better than cross country. I guess I'm all about fast action and get it over with it.

On a field trip with some other nishnabz, I learned how to ski the hard way!.. :p I had never been on a ski slope/hill EVER. :Chatter So, they started us on the "bunny" hill.. which was kewl. Except... my ski pants got stuck on the ski lift. LOL.. I couldn't get "unstuck".. and I freaked. I kinda threw myself off the seat.. and I ripped my pants. Then I HAD to ski down really.. really really really.. slow the from the TOP of the hill.

I've never gone back since. :Chatter

Funny! Nishnab maybe you should have Dancin Baybe give you lessons. I wouldn't mind him teaching me things.

:Chatter :Chatter I can't even do that!!! I've even been in a tubing accident. hahaha.. A bunch of us went tubing.. Of course, I flew off one of the tubes... rolled down the hill.. AND then they ran over me. lol... AND of course my ndn buddies didn't ask, "are you ok?".. they juss laffed their butts off.
