I am sitting here this morning.... after being sodaless for the whole weekend. I usually start off my day with a large cup of Cherry Coke on ice. Well, I have quit the caffeine, AGAIN, since Friday. So now I sit here half asleep at my desk... here at work. I just know that later this afternoo, I will be here going through caffeine withdrawal :Eyepopper So what do others do to get themselves through the headaches and sleepiness *LOL* :dontknow: How many other caffeine addicts are out there??? or am I all alone *LOL*

Oh jeez, I cannot live without my Dr. Pepper! My husband recently just betted that I would not stop drinking Dr. Pepper for a year, but it starts when I come back from Indio,CA, next week. I've quit drinking sodas for a year before and it was to lose weight, but now I don't think I could do it. I could stand to lose some weight now, but I don't know if I could give up my Dr. Pepper. Well this is my umpteenth attempt at quitting the sodas... mainly for weight loss as well.
