Hi Nakoda... you can give out good or bad rep by clicking on the white icon (the white scale) on the bottom of their post. A box will pop up and you can disapprove or approve their post. There is also a comment box if you wish to leave comments for the poster. You can only give rep once within a certain alloted time. And it may not allow you to give more untill you "spread" rep around to others! You can also give out too much, and if that happens, you have to wait 24 hours.
