Hi New Member
Hi I am new to the forum. I have been researching my genealogy for some time but have limited information since my Native American heritage is on my father's side and they have all been gone since I was a teenager. I do know that my great grandmother was Santee Sioux. Would love to learn more about her and the tribe, but kind of at a loss of where to go.
I attended my 1st pow wow today and loved it. I did get up and dance the intertribal dances. I have never felt more at peace out there. Would love to learn more of the dances but having a hard time finding that information out as well. Any help with any of this would be greatly appreciated!!
