The only tip I have for you is to make friends with a drum and ask(properly, with the proper offering of tobacco)if you can sit with them at a practice session. Most drums will not have a problem with this, and it could be a great experience for you.The best way to start singing is to sing! learn by doing...it's not going to be easy but if you really want to dedicate yourself and put in the work, you are in for loads of fun, you'll go places and meet lots of people, plus girls LOOOOVE singers!!...keep smilin'1

Two criteria that I would like to consider are:

      1. Quality of the Lead
      2. Quality and Precision of the Second

      Friendly competition???
      by ScarFace
Come on there's nothing wrong with a little friendly competition among drum groups. After all most of all groups know and get along pretty well with eachother. There may be some exceptions but that just adds to the contest. Now I don't want to hear from you winer's about how "real powwow singing...

      Is there a difference?
      by LSS
With the present day emergence of "Drum Groups", do any of you guys notice a difference in the way people sing?

What I'm getting at is when I'm sitting at the "Center Drum" I've noticed a good number of people not singing hard, or at least so it seems! I know with...
