    My name is Sandie.

I live in Bonney Lake, WA. I grew up doing the Rendezvous/Mountain Man Re-enactments, though as with any large and growing larger organization, it became too political and my family stopped attending.

I've never been to a Pow Wow though. I hope to change this fact. I do know that when I here the drums and the singing, I get goosebumps and tingly. =)

I have no Native American blood (at least, none verified - there is a "skeleton in the closet" sort of rumor that has not been verified, but we're looking into it for genealogy purposes.) that can be proven.

I do know when I dream, it is of the Crow and the Cheyenne.

I'm an author (Paranormal romance), a licensed falconer, and a few other odds and ends. =)

I look forward to making new friends. =)

You try too hard to have a reason/a relationship to "fit-in." Attend a powwow, listen with your heart, and maybe you will see that you are more closely related than you thought. This site is a very good place to find a powwow near you. You can also check directly with tribes in your area, and remember to always be respectful.

Hi, I haven't been to the site in quite a few years. I am hoping to make some friends with people who have had a child pass and also to make friends with people living or have lived with an alcoholic or who are recovering from alcoholism! I am married, can't say always happy but I did make a commitment and will stick with it! So with that said I do hope to make some friends! Take care and have a great day!!
