Is there any particular reason you believe this painting to be Native?
After I recovered from my 1908's Santa Fe flashback, it made me think of the hundreds of vaguely Maynard Dixon influenced paintings of pueblos that dominated the southwestern "starving artist" painting sales of the 80's. Not to disparage the work, but there is nothing that screams Native versus non-Native artist to me.
A ten minute search of etsy and ebay, turned up paintings of a similar style and subject matter painted by a K. Mescal.Comment
