Thanks for entering our princess contest! We are excited to have another batch of great entries this year.

You've been a member of the site for quite some time, but only have a few posts. One of the responsibilities for the princess it to welcome new members and help them find their way on the site. With you having less than 20 posts will you be able to fulfill this duty?

I find it strange i'm on Powwows.com all the time...but i never log in and for the longest time i forgot my password and tried resetting it but my computer wouldn't let me, so most of the time i'm on here as a guest, but now that i know and remember my password i should be on here more.


A typical year for me on the powwow Trail
for the longest time I've kept it local
Attending most Powwows In Ontario
And a couple in Michigan
Right From Janurary 1st To December 31st is powwow time for me

What strengths would make you a great Pws.com princess? What would be your weaknesses when it came to being the Pws.com princess... how would you overcome those weaknesses?

Congratulations on your princess nomination. What are your plans with regards to education?

From what i have summitted, My education path has changed. From grade school i've always wanted to do something in the enviromental sciences, But that all changed when my sister showed me how fun it is to cook, SO I COMPLETELY FELL IN LOVE WITH COOKING...LOL.., so this coming fall i will be enrolling in a culinary arts program at george brown college hopwfully, then i plan to open up a resturaunt someday inspred by Aboriginal Culrure.

Oooo i came on here not knowing what to expect, I've never been i this kind of competition before, so i feel very nervrous not knowimg what to say and try to explain to the people why i would be a great canidate, fact to the matter is i'm not,, i live on a reserve where we don't have the internet, well the kind that would be easier. i figured i'd enter this contest becasue i knew i was moving out of sagamok and into a city but that didn't happen so i lost all communication with th e internet...So i don't think this is the year for me...this is how i feel, i feel i would not beable to represent this site very well.

Lol...well now that the way my life is i don't think i would make a very good powwows.com princess....I'm rarely on the internet all set to my location, meaning where i'm from.....
i'm a really good person i've been labeled a role model in my communiity and others. Its great knowing that i make a difference in peoples live.

I truly appreciate your honesty; but don't let those hurdles hold you back from pursuing your other goals. There's always next year or the year after for this Princess Contest or many others. Good luck with your studies, dancing and feeding your family with your soon-to-be newfound culinary prowess. (I'm hungry for NDN Tacos and Frybread NOW)...
