Had to go with Camping...that usually get three others into the act...Fishing, Hunting, and rafting....I can't wait for summer.....:Cry
We the unwilling, lead by the unknowing, have been doing so much with so little, for so long, we are now qualified to do anything with nothing.

I'll go with Camping cuz... it's sooo relaxing. I love it when we go to our cabin. I can sit and bead allllll day.... besides... this ndn can't swim. LOL...

Which is why.. I don't go fishing or boating or rafting or anything water-related. When i do go swimming... I stick to shallow waters. :Chatter.. I dun even know how to float!!

As for the Off-road vehicles... Nope! I traumatized myself outta riding on an ATV "4-wheeler".. When I was younger... I begged my sister to let me drive. I kinda sorta crashed into the bushes. LOL... I did the same thing with our Ski-doo. I kinda sorta hit that tree that jumped in my way. Geeez
~* Keep smiling, it makes people wonder what you're up to *~

I love hunting; even though my husband is not a good hunter, I grew up in a family that did all the hunting for the large extended family we had. I love the fact that I can shoot well enough to kill my own food. I love gutting, skinning, and feeling the hot blood and flesh on my hands. When I was a kid; my dad would always cut us a piece of (indian gum) off the animal as soon as he strung it up. I miss eating deer and elk every day. When anyone comes to visit me in Alaska, I beg them to bring me some, and boy: you would never think a person could stretch a couple packages of meat through a year, but I sure do!

                      Camping
It's nice to see a whole sky of stars, the milky way and maybe some northen lights or even a thunder and lightning storm.
Camping at pow-wows is nice because you are surrounded by hundreds of skins...aye

I would choose Hunting...as It combines camping/Nature cosmos viewing, and just generally being more aware of all natural surroundings. Once in a while, I even manage to get some game to eat! more often, though I end up staring at the trees!
But being in remote places such as woods/hills is DEFINITELY more relaxing than the cities!
