Is IM down? I cant seem to use it... Just wondering if anyone has had the same problem.

it's working. If you having problems, try this:
1. go to my computer to internet option clear cookies,temp files and history.
2.On board go to usercp to edit optins and click rset field at bottom
3. make sure your windows updates are all up to date. That can also make a difference
