Hi, maybe your cookie settings are set wrong! Mine works fine on this website, but I have had that experience in the past.

1st-if you running Windows go to MY Computer, into Comtrol Panel-Find Internet Options- Delete Cookies,delete Temp Files and Clear History
2nd- go to your usercp and find edit options-at bottom of page click reset field
