Somebody HELP ME post pics!!!!!

Ok...I need help. I want to post pics, but when I upload my file I get an error message..."File not found...probably doesn't fit specifications" or something like that. I'm absolutely sure my files are not too large at 50 kb or less usually. I don't know what "URL of page to parse images" means on the upload page so I've been leaving it blank. Is that my problem? I can't find "how to" instructions or hints anywhere. I've submitted one of those ticket things but am sick of waiting...somebody out there can help me...RIGHT? I can post attachments just fine (though it seems weird to me that the gallery pics file size limit is smaller than attachment file size limit!!! I posted 2 attachments in the beadwork forum/northern breastplate thread that were 150 to 300 kb) so I know how that works, but I just can't seem to figure out the gallery pics thingy! Am I clueless or is something not working right with the website??? Has anyone successfully posted gallery pics in the last few days and can tell me everything is working right? Is the support team on spring break?

Oh, thank you thank you...I'm kinda glad to know it's not me...I was afraid I just couldn't figure it out! Good to know and thanks a bunch to all the support crew for your tireless efforts.
