I wanted to upload a couple of pics but it keeps saying the size is too big. How do I reduce the size? Do I just bring the edges in or what?

Depends on what you're trying to put up. "Bringing the sides in" is called cropping and that will help a little. Changing the image size will help a lot and slimming the picture down will also help.

If you don't have image handling software you can send them to me and I'll do the necessary if you want.
