You should try flushing your browser cache or try a different browser or even a different computer. I just reviewed your account and you don't have any restrictions or other features enabled that would limit your ability to post as a normal user.

The "Remember Me" feature sets a cookie on your computer for this site. If that feature isn't working then you may have a setting enabled (anti-virus software can cause this as well) that is preventing the cookie from being saved. Again check yuor browser settings.

Thank you for the all the tips, all the I tested, I have to change the browser, I use the the Google Chrome suits me very well because it has a translator
