Britney...??? that would drive me crazy...especially on those long range patrols we did there...driving over hundreds of miles daily got boring real quick. We had 2 mp3 players in our Humvees. We had stuff like Judas Priest, Slayer, Metallica, Megadeth to listen to in the 'Stan.

Man, that reminds of my time in Baghdad...We would be outside the wire and in certain sectors, someone was getting in a bada$$ firefight, carbomb explosions, mortars going off, rockets being launched, but you can't leave you're AO and get in the "game", unless they request you're help....

The 'Stan was more quiet cause it so remote...but once you are in the shyt, its game on!

Yeah, those battle sounds, I can still 'em hear today...insane!!!

One of the crazy things in Afghanistan as well was we would be hundreds of miles from any town or village and set up in a 360' patrol base and there would be two guys walking out in the middle of NOWHERE!!! This mostly was on the Pakistani border though...I never saw it in southern Afghanistan...but did see once in central Afghanistan an eldery Afghan male walking for about 100 miles for help, he needed a doctor. We gave him some of the afghan money, food and water told him good luck in making it to Kandahar city. Never saw him again...wonder if he made it..???

lookin to get something nice glass-wise for a m-4. I'm not into droppin over a K on acog (right now), but what would be a good KISS red dot/holog to make this thing more user friendly? saving the majority of the cash for my other custom build right now.

I made all my Devil Dogs carry them in the same place, the same pocket.. so I could find it...

I still have several pouches of Quick Clot and Hemcon.. .that I didn't surrender in Kuwait, that I plan on using one day *for entertainment purposes only*

We have the standard 6 ft. fence in the backyard, and a few months ago, I heard about burglaries increasing dramatically in the entire city. To make sure this never happened to me, I got an electric fence and ran a single wire along the top of the fence.
